New Start!

This is my new start, LHN Ponsietta House. I am stitching this as part of an SAL with Sally, Chris, Lisa, Hazel and Claire. I am loving stitching on this at the moment and plan to carry on with this for now. I think I am becoming a one at a time girl at the moment I hope you don't get too bored seeing the same project all the time.

Before my new start I carried on with Vervaco's Lady in Blue up until 2nd December. I had a bit of a nightmare with the hair. I stitched a section with the wrong colour, had to unpick it and then couldn't remember what I needed to stitch as I had coloured the chart in lol. I got there in the end although I think some of it maybe made up by myself.

I have received the threads from Lanarte for the Poppy and hope to finish this before carrying on with Blue Lady.

Until next time, happy stitching

Lovely new start. Shame about the frogs getting in the hair. They should be hibernating by now!!

Lovely stitching Lesleyanne, sorry to hear about the frogs visiting you though.

Don't worry, I am a one at a time project girl too. Good luck with your new project.

I just purchased Poinsettia House, too, Lesleyanne! It will have to wait until next year, though, as I am putting all of my effort into Christmas at HRH until the end of the year.

That hair does look like it would be very difficult to stitch--too bad you couldn't just take her to a hairdresser and have them fix it!

Hope your week is off to a great start :)

The new start is fabulous! I don't mind seeing the same project and I'm kind of a one at a time project gal right now too :)

Love your new start Lesleyanne, really pretty. I'm loving stitching on Winter Whites, so glad Sally and Chris set up the SAL.
Well done on figuring out the hair, I think I'd have just sat and cried lol.
