Tea Room Finished!

First of all I would like to wish you all a Happy Easter. I have to say it is typical bank holiday weather here at the moment. It has been raining all morning and it doesn't look like its going to stop anytime soon lol. It has to be said in my neck of the woods we need the rain as we are in the middle of a drought and a hosepipe ban.

I finished CCN's Tea Room yesterday. This was part of a stitchalong with Angela. Anyone who has stitched this will notice that I have stitched the outer border. This is due to the fact that I haven't left enough fabric either side to allow enough room for the border and to allow me to frame it. I am hoping to get a white frame so think it will look great, I hope so anyway.

I have decided to stitch Lizzie Kate's Feelin Festive ornament for my ornament SAL with Angela.

I am going to order my threads this week for the HAED Ariadne SAL which starts in May and I have seen a couple of stitchers on Facebook who have already started it and I have to say I can't wait as she looks gorgeous.

Until next week, happy stitching

This is a lovely finish Lesleyanne. I love the colour fabric you've stitched it on.
The weather here is awful too but I guess we should be grateful for the rain. We braved the weather and went to York for the day - it takes more than a bit of drizzle to spoil our bank holiday!

Lovely finish. We've had the rain too for the last couple of days - it's better than the snow we had last wee though.

Very pretty finish, Lesleyanne. I think a white frame will be perfect!

Nice to have had yesterday off--the library was open for business as usual so I spent the day at work. Here in the U.S. we don't generally have the day after Easter off :(

I think it looks lovely without the border, and a pretty white frame will really be a great choice.
